Heading out of town for winter break…Now, it seems every time I go away, something important happens with one of my holdings. Why? Hell if I know but it happens.
When I went away in November, we got news on General Growth (GGWPQ)
When I took off in August we found out Dow Chemical (GOW) was going to repay its bridge loan early and legal opinion that GGP secured lenders would indeed extend loans (they eventually have)
Past vacations have been met with Altria’s (MO) decision to spin off Phillip Morris International (PM), Dow’s decision to purchase Rohm & Haas and Kuwait decision to back out of the deal with Dow…
There are others but the point is made…
Can’t wait to see what the next week brings……buckle up
