GGP’s Nolan on CNBC Again $$

No bad…..

Ignore the fact CNBC places a graphic on the screen for the wrong bidder of GGP. It is Brookfield Asset (BAM) NOT Brookfield Properties (BPO), the one they show…

Also ignore that Nolan is asked “why not put the vote to shareholders”. Um, shareholders are represented by mgmt who own near 50% of the stock.

Once we get past that, it is good as Nolan’s talks about the potential for GGO. This little assets IMO will be a real winner for shareholders…
