LeBeau Misspeaks On Sentiment As Auto Sales Driver

CNBC’s Phil LeBeau just said “consumer sentiment is the #1 indicator of car sales”……

That simply is just not true….sentiment often falls materially even as auto sales rise (the opposite is also true)…..see below
