Rosner is an interesting guy.

There are only a handful of people who know more about this subject than he does. Unfortunately, he presents himself as a “twitter wacko” due to his incendiary and vicious personal attacks on those who think differently.  That causes what is an otherwise very knowledgeable opinion to be lost in the vitriol. If he could only manage to contain that, he’d be a far more effective and potentially policy changing messenger due to his knowledge of the subject.

In either case, the paper he penned is worth a read……
